QVS Tech announces the release of the smallest SMD TCXO available in the industry. With a package size of only 2.5mm x 2.0mm, our new QCT80 series TCXO is ideal for portable mobile devices where low power consumption and small size are critical.
Features include clipped sinewave output, temperature stability of +/-0.5ppm over a temperature range of -30ºC to +85°C. This product is RoHS Compliant, and currently available in frequencies of 16MHz, 26MHz, or 40MHz and Supply Voltages of 2.7VDC, 2.8VDC or 3.0VDC.
