QVS Tech Inc. uses a silicon-based microelectromechanical sensor (MEMS) oscillator CMOS circuit versus a Quartz based resonator for frequency generation. It is a drop in replacement for most quarts based oscillators. We offer tight frequency stability in sizes 2.0x1.6mm, 2.5x2.0mm, 2.2x2.5mm and 5.0x3.2mm. Fully configurable and a wide frequency range of 1.000 MHz to 110.000MHz. We have many Supply Voltages to choose from such as +1.8V, +2.5V, +2.8V, +3.3V. QVS Tech offers very tight frequency stability in a wide operating temperature ranges. This part is RoHS and REACH compliant, PB free, Halogen Free, Antimony free. Typical applications and end products are: Gigabit Ethernet, Fiber Channel, Routers, Servers, Network switching, PCI Express, SATA/SAS, FBDIMM, DDR, SONET, ATM and SDH. Also used in: medical equipment, scanners, printers, modems, cameras, PDA and notebook computers.
